Skin maceration of sylvaner grapes, resulting in a deep orange color. Intense nose of citrus, tree fruits, earthy, a bit of honey and slightly funky. Dry, good acidity, light bitterness.

Skin maceration of savagnin grapes (rescued from Jura). Beautiful golden color. Lots of aromas in the nose: ripe apple, citrus, orange, spices, seaweed, salt,… and slightly funky. Dry in the mouth, medium acidity, soft tannins and long aftertaste.

Red purple colour with a bit of carbon dioxide. Red and dark fruits on the nose (raspberry, plum, etc.), and slightly funky. Light, juicy, dry, medium-low acidity and supple tannins.
