Antoine Brosseau is an agricultural engineer and specialized in agroecological farming/viticultural practices. Legend holds that he fell in one of his uncle’s wine barrel when he was a child!

Carmen Diez Simon trained as an analytical chemist and focused on fermented food products. Some say that she makes the best baguettes in the Netherlands!
